Nemera is seeking an APU Setter to start and operate molding and assembly equipment, and to perform TPM maintenance on related tooling. You will ensure product quality at startup and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements include a high school diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, and standing most of the shift. This on-site role in Buffalo Grove offers a competitive hourly wage and a stable manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk ~90% of shift.
• Vision testing requirements met.

Aufgaben

• Operate and maintain molding and assembly equipment per SOPs.
• Load master cycle parameters into Injection Molding machines at startup.
• Load programs into automated/robotic systems and ensure quality compliance.
• Troubleshoot minor process issues and escalate as needed.
• Perform line clearances, mold setup, and color/material changes.
• Maintain 5S and lean initiatives; support ISO/quality policies.
