Job summary

Nemera seeks a Maintenance Technician - Automation to monitor, troubleshoot, and repair a range of assembly, subassembly, printing, and packaging equipment. This 12-hour day shift runs from 6 AM to 6 PM. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years in a technical field, with strong PLC, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical, hands-on position.
• Experience with complex assembly automation required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair assembly, subassembly, printing, and packaging machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance per schedules and cGMP documentation.
• Read measuring devices and quality data; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Input maintenance work orders into SAP CMMS and coordinate with maintenance leads.
