Job summary

Qualifications

• MSA: Read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate clearly.
• Able to calculate figures, proportions, and volumes.
• Strong problem-solving and instruction-following能力.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molds in advance and ensure proper shutdown for transport.
• Execute mold changes and set up auxiliary equipment.
• Assist start-ups, color changes, and downtime reduction with team.
