Job summary

Cambro Manufacturing is seeking a Set-Up Tech I/II to perform mold changes, equipment setup, and material handling. The role requires basic injection mold processing skills and strong attention to safety and teamwork in a First Shift environment.

Responsibilities include prepping molds, coordinating with supervisors, and ensuring downtime is minimized while maintaining a clean, organized work area and proper PPE usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 2–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Must have valid forklift certification and knowledge of material handling.

Responsibilities

• Performs mold change process and sets up all related equipment.
• Maintains cleaning and organization of mold change areas and materials.
• Works with cell leaders and quality control to minimize downtime and meet production standards.
• Follows safety procedures and uses PPE; participates in safety meetings.
• Possesses teamwork, accountability, and effective communication.
