Lead and execute mold change startups to ensure seamless production transitions.
Perform mold changes as needed to support ongoing manufacturing operations.
Maintain and update process cards for all mold and machine combinations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Execute mold repairs directly in the press to minimize production interruptions.
Complete mold change checklists to maintain quality and compliance standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues proactively to minimize downtime.
Optimize tooling and process parameters to drive improvements in product quality and operational efficiency.
