Job summary

Cambro Manufacturing is seeking a Process Tech II for the Injection Molding department. You will own processes in your assigned area, perform accurate mold set-ups and start-ups, and drive daily performance and efficiency across the cell.

Position requires strong troubleshooting, parameter optimization, and the ability to lead changeovers and train others for safe, productive operations on the third shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 3–4 years related experience.
• Advanced level processing/troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to develop, optimize and document run parameters for molds and equipment.
• Coordinate activities with various positions in the Injection Molding department.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Knowledge of injection molding processes, molds and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform mold set‑ups and start‑ups daily, maximizing machine output.
• Monitor part quality, cycle times and weights for assigned cells.
• Troubleshoot processing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train others on set‑up and start‑up procedures.
• Lead mold changeovers to meet schedule adherence.
• Support safety, housekeeping and cross‑functional collaboration.
