Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED, or 2–3 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedures; speak effectively before groups.
• Ability to perform basic math and geometry concepts for measurements.
• Must have valid class C forklift license.
• Experience as material handler is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preps molds in advance and ensures proper transport preparation.
• Performs mold change and sets up all auxiliary/secondary equipment.
• Assists with start-ups, color changes, packing, and related tasks as directed by supervision.
• Maintains clean, safe work area and adheres to PPE requirements and safety meetings.
• Collaborates with cell captains and other teams to minimize downtime and meet production standards.
