Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience performing asbestos PLM and/or mold analysis
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze aerobiological and environmental samples for asbestos and fungi
• Enter and report analytical data using the LIMS
• Perform independent data reviews for other analysts’ work
• Analyze reference materials, proficiency samples and other QC samples
• Maintain client service and provide technical support as needed
• Assist QA manager in development and data collection of QA processes
• Perform confirmation of lab results as needed by client services personnel
• Complete analytical testing and QA tasks as needed
• Assist in pursuing and maintaining laboratory accreditations
• Maintain and update Training and QA documents onsite
• Coordinate and manage projects to meet rush deadlines
• Assist coworkers on analytical questions
• Participate in Lean initiatives
• Follow company policies and ensure coworkers comply
• Other duties as assigned
