The RN provides comprehensive patient assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care in a dynamic, team-based environment. The position requires MN RN licensure, and RN-C in the specialty is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse – MN Board of Nursing required.
• RN-C in department specialty preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health data and determine nursing diagnoses.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate outpatient nursing care.
