Job summary

Allina Health is seeking an RN for a float outpatient allergy position across Bloomington and other locations in Minnesota. The role is 0.8 FTE (64 hours per two-week pay period) with 10-hour day shifts, no weekends, and travel between sites. Mileage reimbursement is available; home site determined by location.

Minnesota and Wisconsin RN licensure is required. Flexibility is needed to cover multiple locations including Bloomington, Bandana Square, Woodbury, Apple Valley, Maple Grove, and Coon

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Minnesota; Wisconsin license required if working in WI
• 0 to 2 years RN experience
• Home site determined by geographic location; mileage reimbursement eligible

Responsibilities

• Assess, prioritize and synthesize patient data to identify needs.
• Develop and revise nursing diagnoses and outcomes with patient and family.
• Plan, implement and coordinate a care plan with evidence-based practices.
• Document interventions and outcomes per guidelines; ensure care continuity.
