Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a registered nurse for a 0.8 FTE outpatient role with day shifts and travel between Bloomington, Bandana Square, Woodbury, and Apple Valley. Home site will be determined by geographic location. Mileage reimbursement is eligible.

The ideal candidate holds MN/WI RN licensure, has nursing experience, and can work in a dynamic outpatient clinic setting. No weekends, flexible schedule based on operational needs.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Minnesota and Wisconsin required
• Associate’s or Vocational degree graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess patient data and synthesize health information to identify needs
• Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses and plan care
• Develop and implement individualized plans to achieve expected outcomes
• Coordinate plan of care with patient, family and health care team
• Evaluate patient progress and revise diagnoses, outcomes and plans as needed
• Lead and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality nursing practice

Education

Associate’s or Vocational degree in nursing

Bachelor’s degree in nursing
