Job summary

ASML US, LLC's Wilton Factory seeks a Facilities Project Leader to drive the factory layout and overall roadmap, coordinating with Production Engineering, Master Planning and Corporate Real Estate. The role gathers stakeholder input, evaluates scenarios, and steers design changes for sustainable expansion.

You will ensure availability of manufacturing facilities for WF modules, manage milestones, and communicate with cross‑functional teams to balance facility capabilities with production demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or technical field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with plant layout and product flow analysis preferred.
• Experience in design and specification of cleanroom operations and related facilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather input impacting factory layout from multiple sources and convert to actionable plans.
• Evaluate scenarios and clearly communicate assumptions, benefits, and risks to stakeholders.
• Design factory workflow to prevent entanglement of parts and machines.
• Represent Manufacturing in Corporate Real Estate related projects.
• Coordinate with Production Engineering and Real Estate to implement the factory roadmap.
