Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Experience in defense manufacturing desired.
• SAP experience or ERP systems experience mandatory.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to manage production deliveries per customer requirements.
• Oversee machine shop, plastics, plating and assembly functions and mentor staff.
• Deliver to plan, improve on-time delivery, and meet quality targets.
• Use SAP to analyze production data and drive data-driven decisions.
• Lead root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Promote continuous improvement with lean methods and Six Sigma.
