Intel Corporation in Arizona is hiring an OTF Module Engineer to own and optimize the 300mm toolsets within the Ocotillo Technology Fabrication; role involves tool ownership, MO sustenance, and continuous improvement in tool health and performance.

The candidate will manage tool installations, qualifications, and new product introductions while driving improvements in yield and cycle times. This position requires on-site presence in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 2+ years in semiconductor or metrology, or Master’s in STEM.
Preferred: semiconductor foundry experience.
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills; clean room experience.
Experience in manufacturing environment; lithography functional area.

Responsibilities

Define roadmaps to meet requirements, goals and milestones for a new technology process.
Establish flow, procedures, and equipment configuration for the module.
Select materials and equipment to meet quality, yield, reliability, cost, productivity and manufacturability.
Plan and conduct experiments to characterize the process throughout development.
Drive improvements in quality, yield, reliability, process stability, and safety.
Develop solutions using statistics and problem-solving tools.
Establish process control systems and sustain the module through ramp.
Train production/receiving engineers for transfer to other factories.
Transfer process to high-volume manufacturing and support new factory startups.
