Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator for Modular data center programs in Edgerton, WI, with opportunities also at PV sites in San Jose, CA or Salt Lake City, UT.

You will support field teams, manage payroll times, enrollments, and document control to keep projects moving. You'll coordinate with project managers, prepare proposals, handle change orders, submittals, RFIs/RFDs, and maintain files and logs, while upholding CEI's safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• Three years of experience in a construction-support role.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Tracking PM schedules, arranging meetings, travel, and catering.
• Coordinate with Field and Safety teams; track payroll times and enroll new hires.
• Maintain and update job files and controlled forms/logs.
• Assist in proposal preparation, bid presentations, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and RFDs.
