Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.
• Zero (0) years of construction or related experience required.
• Two (2) years of construction or related experience preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material onsite delivery dates.
• Maintain RFI, submittals, and change order logs.
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal customers.
