Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) seeks a Project Coordinator for modular data center projects to support field, project management, and customer teams on a fast-paced site.

You will track payroll times, process enrollment documents, and help with WO processing, bids, submittals, RFIs and RFDs. You will maintain files, coordinate meetings, plan travel, and assist in documentation control while upholding CEI’s safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• Licensure/Certifications: None required.
• Experience: Three (3) years of experience required in a support role in the construction industry.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Track PM schedule, set up meetings, travel, catering, etc.
• Communicate with Field and Safety professionals; track payroll times and enrollments.
• Maintain and update job files and logs.
• WO processing; assist with proposal, bid presentations, change orders, submittals, RFIs and RFDs.
• Coordinate travel and other logistical tasks for project teams.
