Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Three years of experience in a support role in construction.
• Authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not available.
• Excellent communication, written, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to field, project management, and customer teams.
• Track payroll times and process new hire enrollment documents.
• Assist with WO processing, proposals, bid presentations, change orders, submittals, RFIs & RFDs.
• Maintain and update job files and controlled forms/logs.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and catering for project managers.
