Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) is seeking a Project Coordinator for Modular data center projects. You will support field teams, project management, and customers, coordinating payroll times, enrollment documents, and workflow for WO processing on PV sites.

You will maintain project files, assist with proposals, bids, change orders, submittals, RFIs/RFDs, and ensure smooth communication among safety, field teams, and management.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, written, and organizational skills.
• Adaptable and flexible with strong reasoning skills.
• Solid experience with Zoom to manage online group presentations and calls.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Track PM schedule, set-up meetings, travel, catering, etc.
• Communicate with Field and Safety professionals; payroll times and new hire enrollment processing for PV sites.
• Maintain and update job files and controlled forms/logs.
• WO processing; assist with proposals, bid presentations, change orders, submittals, RFIs & RFD document processing.
