Job summary

Kitchens To Go - A Division of McGrath in is seeking a Construction Team Lead (Finance) to guide a crew responsible for servicing and repairing modular buildings. You will schedule production, assign tasks and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires 4–6 years in construction leadership, blueprints literacy, and strong team supervision with a focus on safety and efficiency in a dynamic environment. On-site with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in construction or related industry leading general trades
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics and company work orders
• Ability to lead a team of at least 6 employees
• Proficiency with manual and power tools and safety policies

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize work schedule for production crew, assign tasks to modular mechanics and train as needed while verifying quality
• Perform preventative maintenance and construction on modular buildings including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting and cleaning
• Monitor team performance to meet productivity, quality and safety targets
• Maintain tools, supplies and workspace per 6S standards
• Participate in safety meetings and audits; ensure OSHA compliance
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to crew members; backfill for other leaders
• Work Monday–Thursday 7:00am–4:30pm, Friday 7:00am–11:00am
• Other duties as assigned
