The role emphasizes ability to work outdoors, use hand and power tools, and follow detailed plans with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Prior construction experience is required.
• Ability to work outside in variable weather conditions.
• Ability to use both manual and power tools per guidelines.
• Ability to perform measurements and ensure specs.
• Ability to follow instructions in a fast paced environment.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.
• Deliver high quality output per company standards.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install structures or fixtures per plans and codes.
• Perform maintenance and remodeling in plumbing, carpentry, painting, flooring, and electrical areas.
• Construct walls and framing, including drywall and finishes.
• Light electrical work: wiring, switches, outlets.
• Light plumbing work and fixture installation.
• General cleaning and unit preparation for delivery.
• Assist in 6S and Lean initiatives.
• Typical Monday–Friday day shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
