Job summary

Kitchens To Go - A Division of McGrath is seeking a Team Lead to supervise a crew servicing and repairing modular buildings in the Indiana area. You will coordinate schedules, assign tasks to modular mechanics, and ensure quality throughout all work.

The role requires hands-on leadership across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and related trades. You will conduct safety trainings, enforce 6S housekeeping, and maintain equipment and tools.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of construction leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing a team of 6+ employees is preferred.
• Able to read blueprints, schematics, and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize work schedule for production crew.
• Lead modular mechanics and maintenance staff to meet quality standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance and build/repair tasks across trades.
• Monitor productivity, quality and safety.
• Lead safety meetings and audits; ensure OSHA practices.
