Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation seeks a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead modular construction teams in Livermore. You’ll review plans, monitor costs, and coach Team Leads in a plant environment focused on maintenance, refurbishment, and modification of modular buildings.

You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while ensuring on-time project delivery and adherence to codes, with collaboration across departments and ongoing LEAN initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in construction/remodeling/repairs and modifications.
• 3+ years of work experience in production, construction or related environment.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction methods.
• Experience reading blueprints and estimating projects.
• LEAN project experience and safety improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality modular construction projects on time and on budget.
• Supervise production teams and monitor daily work requirements.
• Drive process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Manage multiple groups on various modification or repair projects.
• Ensure code and quality compliance with building and safety standards.
• Lead performance reviews and coach team members.
• Promote safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
