Mobile Modular Management Corporation - A Division of McGrath in Oregon is seeking a Production Supervisor for modular construction projects. The role oversees production teams, inventory coordination, vendor relations, and project execution to meet safety and quality standards.

You will review plans, schedules, and work instructions, ensuring cost control and timely delivery while maintaining a strong safety culture and cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, renovation, repairs, or building modifications.
• 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in construction or production environments.
• Experience reading blueprints and construction documents.
• Experience implementing LEAN methodologies and process improvements.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members; strong safety performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to deliver modular construction projects on time and on budget.
• Provide hands-on leadership and coordinate resources, priorities, and schedules.
• Oversee inventory, vendor relationships, and logistics to support project execution.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Service, Transportation and other teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive continuous improvement, safety, and customer satisfaction across projects.
