Job summary

ROXBOX in Houston, TX seeks a Procurement Manager to lead purchasing across our modular construction projects. You will develop procurement strategies, negotiate vendor agreements, and improve purchasing systems to ensure materials arrive on time.

You will manage vendor relationships, track purchases and costs, reconcile BOMs with design drawings, and train the Receiving team on SOPs. Construction purchasing experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
• Construction, manufacturing, or related industry experience required.
• Experience negotiating vendor contracts and pricing.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Order materials for shop, office, and active projects.
• Plan procurement needs with Estimating and Production.
• Define and refine vendor relationships.
• Develop procurement SOPs and purchasing workflows.
• Track purchases and procurement lists.
• Oversee Receiving for proper documentation and stock.
• Train Receiving on SOPs and filing systems.
• Cross-reference drawings against BOMs for accuracy.
• Reconcile material costs with Estimating at project end.
• Manage vendor returns and refunds.
• Create weekly purchasing expense forecasts.
