Job summary

ROXBOX is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead purchasing for modular construction projects in Houston. You will order materials, plan needs with Estimating and Production, and optimize vendor relationships to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 2-3 years in procurement, construction industry experience, and strong negotiation skills. Full-time with medical, dental, vision, PTO, and benefits; salary $65,000 to $85,000 DOE; reports to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Construction or manufacturing industry experience required.
• Experience negotiating vendor contracts and pricing.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Modular building experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order materials, equipment and supplies for the shop, office, and all active projects.
• Plan procurement needs alongside Estimating and Production, on Google Sheets.
• Define, evaluate, and refine vendor relationships.
• Develop and improve procurement SOPs and purchasing workflows.
• Track purchases, deliveries, and procurement lists, on Google Sheets.
