Job summary

ROXBOX is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead purchasing for modular construction projects, developing strategies and vendor agreements to ensure on-time material delivery. You will collaborate with Design, Estimating, Production, and Receiving to optimize procurement processes.

The role requires 2–3 years in procurement or related fields, construction/manufacturing experience, and strong negotiation skills. Houston-based, full-time with comprehensive benefits; salary $65,000–$85,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
• Construction, manufacturing, or related industry experience required.
• Experience negotiating vendor contracts and pricing.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Modular building experience not required but a plus.
• Salary range of $65,000–$85,000 DOE.

Responsibilities

• Order materials for the shop, office, and all active projects.
• Plan procurement needs alongside Estimating and Production on Google Sheets.
• Define, evaluate, and refine preferred vendor relationships.
• Develop and improve procurement SOPs and purchasing workflows.
• Track purchases, deliveries, and procurement lists on shared Google Sheets.
• Oversee the Receiving team to ensure documentation and stock control.
• Cross-reference design drawings against BOMs for accuracy before procurement.
• Review completed projects with Estimating to reconcile material costs.
