Qualifikationen

• High school diploma and relevant program experience.
• Must obtain Commercial Plans Examiner or Certified Building Official certification within two years of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of building code enforcement or construction related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and technical drawings.

Aufgaben

• Administer the modular building licensing program and review plans for compliance.
• Review construction plans and specifications for compliance.
• Process modular building certification label applications.
• Review applications, QC manuals, and other docs for licenses.
• Communicate with manufacturers, professionals, and inspectors to resolve code deficiencies.
• Prepare monthly modular building reports and audits of in-state sites.
• Attend meetings, develop long-range plans, and participate in policy updates.
