Job summary

Procentrix is seeking a Process Lead to act as the lead business analyst on a large-scale Microsoft-based modernization initiative. You will drive requirements discovery, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution definition across the program, establishing standards and mentoring analysts for consistent, high-quality work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience leading requirements discovery and business process analysis.
• Experience establishing standards for user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management.
• Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions.
• Experience mentoring business analysts across teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 CE.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong capability in business process modeling and workflow analysis.
• Experience managing requirements traceability and change management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable delivery requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government clearances, if applicable.
• Willingness to work onsite in Washington, DC during discovery and planning phases.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Experience supporting enterprise modernization programs
• Knowledge of data migration and systems integration initiatives
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, Scrum, SAFe, PMP, or similar certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution definition activities across the program.
• Analyze current and future-state processes and translate into actionable requirements.
• Establish standards, frameworks, and best practices across multiple workstreams.
• Provide guidance for requirements management, user story development, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement.
• Mentor analysts, review requirements artifacts, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with Project Leadership to align business priorities with delivery objectives.
• Drive consistent, high-quality analysis in a large-scale Agile environment.
