Job summary

Signode Industrial Group, LLC is seeking a Senior IT Systems Analyst to translate business requirements into secure, scalable modern workplace solutions. You will partner with business leaders, vendors, and IT teams to improve productivity, collaboration, automation, and business continuity across Microsoft 365 and related platforms.

The role includes advanced administration of endpoint/mobile management, identity services, printing, asset management, and business applications, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• ITIL training or certifications preferred.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, identity/access, endpoint and mobile management.
• Experience with ITSM and ITIL processes across incident, change, knowledge, and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, clarify, document, and prioritize business requirements and service expectations.
• Translate requirements into technical requirements, solution options, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead configuration, implementation, and administration of modern workplace services (Microsoft 365, endpoint, identity, collaboration).
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive actions to minimize disruption.
• Maintain platform health, service trends, and compliance; document in IT service-management tools.
