Job summary

100 CRC Insurance Group, LLC is seeking a Regular 1st Shift Automation Engineer to reduce manual work by building scripts, tools, and reusable workflows for Modern Workplace operations across Windows and macOS.

You will develop integrations using Microsoft Graph, Intune, Entra ID, Windows 365, ServiceNow, Azure Automation, and Power Platform to streamline processes, speed deployments, and improve user experience, with DevOps and testing automation as part of daily delivery.

Qualifications

• Five years of related experience in automation and modern workplace operations.
• Strong PowerShell scripting experience with advanced functions and secure credential handling.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, JSON, and automation across Microsoft 365 services.
• Hands-on with Azure Automation, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Automate or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitHub and end-to-end DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of endpoint management concepts (Autopilot, policies, baselines, remediation).
• Experience with Windows 365, AVD, or virtual desktop modernization initiatives.
• Preferred: Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager experience; NexThink telemetry tooling.

Responsibilities

• Automation and Tool Development: design and maintain scripts, workflows, and integrations for Modern Workplace operations.
• API and Platform Integration: build integrations using Microsoft Graph, Intune, Entra ID, Windows 365, ServiceNow, and related APIs.
• Endpoint Engineering: automate Intune policies, baselines, profiles, and remediation actions across Windows and macOS.
• Digital Experience and Self‑Healing: develop telemetry, proactive remediation, and self‑healing capabilities.
• DevOps Delivery: manage backlog, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment of Modern Workplace solutions.
• Testing and Validation Automation: create automated validation for OS updates, deployments, and policy changes.
• AI and Copilot Enablement: contribute to AI-enabled workplace solutions and governance.
