Job summary

Dijital Team is seeking an Automation Engineer to join the Internal Systems team in a remote capacity. You will design and maintain automation solutions, build integrations across business platforms, and drive continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, and Microsoft 365 automation to streamline operations and reduce manual work. Ideal candidates have MSP/IT services background, PSA/RMM familiarity, and strong collaboration with Business Analysts and service teams.

Qualifications

• 4 years of Automation Engineering, Systems Engineering, IT Admin, or similar with a focus on process improvement.
• MSP or IT services environment experience is preferred.
• Strong PSA/RMM platform knowledge and scalable service delivery.
• Ability to translate business processes into secure, scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain automated workflows and system integrations across internal business platforms.
• Build automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Configure and integrate PIA.ai with ConnectWise, Kaseya, PSA/RMM tools, and other business applications.
• Develop scripts, APIs, and integrations using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, JSON/XML, and webhooks.
• Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, auditable, and aligned with business requirements.
• Create reports and dashboards (Power BI) to improve operational visibility and measure automation outcomes.
