Torch Technologies in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Engineer/Analyst to analyze high-fidelity missile system models and simulations.

You will develop Python and MATLAB tools, run Monte Carlo studies, and present findings to engineering teams and government customers.

Responsibilities include data processing, verification of results, and delivering clear technical reports with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, engineering analysis, modeling and simulation, or test analysis.
• Experience using Python and MATLAB to process data, perform statistical analysis, create visualizations, or automate analysis tasks.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python and MATLAB tools to automate data extraction and reduction, statistical analysis, and visualizations.
• Perform detailed analysis of sensors algorithms and end-to-end simulation system performance.
• Execute and analyze Monte Carlo parametric, sensitivity, and uncertainty studies to characterize system behavior across nominal and off-nominal conditions.
• Prepare clear, technically rigorous reports, briefing charts, and visualizations and present findings to engineering teams and government customers.
