Job summary

Torch Technologies seeks a Mid-Level Modeling and Simulation Software Engineer to develop, integrate, execute, and analyze real-time simulations for Army AIAMD systems. The role is based at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL, and requires designing and integrating simulations with existing fire-control and sensor code bases.

You will travel to support integration, operation, and analysis in lab and flight-test environments, working with C++, FORTRAN, Python, and MATLAB to produce robust M&S

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or engineering.
• 5+ years of progressively complex software design engineering experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with Modeling and Simulation and real-time processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, execute, and analyze real-time simulations for Army AIAMD systems.
• Design, implement, test, and maintain real-time software simulation models in C++ and FORTRAN.
• Integrate simulation and tactical software changes into real-time simulations and BBs, track bugs and new requirements.
• Travel to support integration, operation, and analysis in test environments.
