Job summary

Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, Inc., is seeking a Sales Assistant to support our new home sales team in Norcross, GA. You will assist with visitor inquiries, lead generation, and coordinating events, while ensuring model homes reflect our product presentation standards.

The role requires strong customer service, planning, and communication skills, with 1 year of sales or administrative experience preferred. Availability to work 5 days per week, including weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Excellent planning, organization and administrative abilities.
• Willingness to work 5 days weekly, including 3 weekends.
• Homebuilding or real estate exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with visitors and prospective homebuyers to understand needs and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Prospecting, lead generation, and appointment-setting to support community sales goals.
• Support sales team with model home presentations and community tours.
• Coordinate events, marketing initiatives and training as needed.
• Perform sales office administrative duties including reporting and recordkeeping.
