Job summary

Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, is hiring a Sales Assistant to support our new home sales team. You will engage visitors, assist with model homes, and help with lead generation and appointments to drive community goals.

Role requires strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills, plus 1 year of sales or admin experience. Weekend availability is expected; homebuilding experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or administrative experience preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, communication, and administrative skills.
• Available to work 5 days each week, including 3 weekends each month.
• Homebuilding or Real Estate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with visitors and prospective homebuyers to understand needs and deliver excellent service.
• Prospecting, lead generation, and appointment-setting to support sales goals.
• Assist with model home presentations, tours, and showcasing features.
• Develop knowledge of local markets, trends, and homebuying practices.
• Participate in sales meetings, marketing initiatives, and community events.
• Maintain model homes to presentation standards.
• Provide backup sales team support to buyers and prospects.
• Complete required training and expand product, market, and sales knowledge.
• Perform sales office administrative duties including appointment coordination and reporting.
