Job summary

Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, is seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to support our new home sales team. You will help with model homes, lead generation, appointment setting, and sales administration to ensure a smooth buyer experience.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and communication, with weekend availability and 1 year of sales or admin experience preferred. Training will be provided, with opportunities to grow within a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

1 year of sales or administrative experience preferred.
Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent planning, organization, communication, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

Engage with visitors and prospective homebuyers to understand needs and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Conduct prospecting, lead generation, and appointment-setting activities to support community sales goals.
Support sales team with model home presentations, community tours, and showcasing home and community features.
Develop knowledge of local markets, competitors, industry trends, and homebuying practices.
Participate in sales meetings, marketing initiatives, and community events.
Ensure model homes are maintained to company presentation standards.
Serve as a backup resource for the sales team and provide support to homebuyers and prospects as needed.
Complete required training and continually expand product, market, and sales knowledge.
Perform sales office administrative duties, including appointment coordination, reporting, recordkeeping, and sales support functions.
