Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, is seeking a Sales Assistant to support our new home sales team. You will help with model home presentations, handle customer inquiries, and assist with office tasks from lead follow-up to appointment coordination.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and teamwork. Availability to work five days a week, including weekends, and a willingness to learn about local markets and homebuying practices.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, communication and administrative skills.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with visitors and prospective homebuyers to understand needs and deliver excellent service.
• Support prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting to meet sales goals.
• Assist with model home presentations, tours, and feature showcases.
• Develop knowledge of local markets and homebuying practices.
• Participate in sales meetings, marketing initiatives, and community events.
• Maintain model homes to presentation standards.
• Provide backup support to the sales team for buyers and prospects.
• Complete required training and expand product and market knowledge.
• Handle sales office admin tasks, including appointment coordination and reporting.
