Job summary

Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, is seeking a Sales Assistant in Norcross, GA to support our new home sales success. You will assist our Sales Consultants, coordinate model homes and events, and handle sales administration from lead generation to closing support.

You will engage visitors and prospective buyers, conduct prospecting, and help with community tours and presentations. A friendly, organized, and customer-focused mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or administrative experience preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, communication, and administrative skills.
• Available to work 5 days each week, including weekends.
• Homebuilding or Real Estate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with visitors and prospective homebuyers to understand their needs and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Conduct prospecting, lead generation, and appointment-setting activities to support community sales goals.
• Support sales team with model home presentations, community tours, and showcasing home and community features.
• Develop knowledge of local markets, competitors, industry trends, and homebuying practices.
• Participate in sales meetings, marketing initiatives, and community events.
• Ensure model homes are maintained to company presentation standards.
• Serve as a backup resource for the sales team and provide support to homebuyers and prospects as needed.
• Complete required training and continually expand product, market, and sales knowledge.
• Perform sales office administrative duties, including appointment coordination, reporting, recordkeeping, and sales support functions.
