The role follows a 5-day work week, with three weekends per month and off-days during the week, in a well-appointed office within a model home, emphasizing service, organization, and local community engagement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Legal U.S. work authorization.
• Able to lift 25 pounds.

• Get to know home buyers and build lasting relationships with them.
• Run a model home as a small business, generating traffic and showcasing options.
• Create a memorable customer experience with realtors and homeowners.
• Plan and participate in community events to engage potential buyers.
