• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in new home or real estate sales.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospective homebuyers in model homes and sales centers.
• Conduct professional community and home tours, highlighting features and amenities.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers through regular follow-up.
• Qualify customer needs and guide buyers through the purchasing process from inquiry to closing.
• Coordinate with lenders and closing agents to ensure a smooth customer experience.
