Job summary

Legend Homes is seeking a Sales Assistant to help maintain model homes and deliver top-notch service to visitors. You will ensure model homes are clean, well-presented, and ready for viewing, responding to inquiries promptly and providing materials needed during visits.

Responsibilities include opening/closing model homes, updating signs, coordinating with Marketing and landscapers, and maintaining accurate paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and operation of the model home(s).
• Open and close model home(s).
• Update signage and inventory (sold/available).
• Replace torn or tattered flags as needed.
• Coordinate with landscapers to maintain standards.
• Sweep entrances and mats daily; order new mats as needed.
• Update plat map with sold/available homes daily.
• Create weekly punch list for repairs in the model and inventory.
• Report maintenance or furniture needs to Marketing.
• Review Sales/Marketing materials for accuracy and replace as needed.
• Check and return messages promptly and communicate with a sales counselor.
• Complete weekly reports and reach out to backlog weekly.
• Ensure paperwork submitted to Contract Administration is complete and accurate.
• Assist with mortgage issues and lender status as needed.
• Follow up with outside lenders about loan status.
