Job summary

Schell Brothers is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with home buyers and guide them through major decisions, fostering lasting relationships and delivering an exceptional buying journey.

You will manage a model home as a business, generate traffic, and cultivate community relationships with realtors and homeowners. A 5-day work week with weekend requirements is expected, and licensure in Tennessee can be pursued within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Licensed Realtor in Tennessee or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Two+ years residential production home selling experience (preferred).
• Two+ years customer service experience.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Get to know home buyers and build relationships to guide them through the home buying process.
• Plan and participate in community events to generate traffic and awareness.
• Run your model home as a business, delivering a standout customer experience.
• Develop relationships with realtors and homeowners to grow business.
