Job summary

Mungo Homes is seeking a Sales Assistant to support our New Home Advisors in the Triad, NC market. The role focuses on efficient customer experiences and administrative support for the model home and sales center.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, presenting community features, handling pricing information, and maintaining leads and reports to assist sales teams in closing deals. A high school diploma or GED and NC real estate licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Active NC Real Estate License is required or encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and determines their needs and preferences.
• Assists in providing community tours to prospective residents and their families.
• Demonstrates model home features and benefits; shares information on pricing and availability.
• Provides product and pricing information and stays updated on community knowledge.
• Produces and distributes general correspondence, memorandums, reports and presentation materials.
• Enters new leads in the marketing database and tracks follow-up with customers.
• Assists sales reps with administrative tasks in the sales office (phones, appointments, contracts, filing).
• Documents daily traffic and compiles reports for management.

Education

High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience

Active NC Real Estate License
