This role provides exposure to homebuilding sales processes, from tours to mortgage coordination, with on-site training and opportunities to grow in real estate fundamentals and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Real Estate license is preferred.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or administrative roles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist with initial customer interactions to create a welcoming experience.
• Support Community Sales Consultants by standing in as needed and assisting with tours.
• Maintain accurate prospect, visitor, and sales data in CRM and tracking tools.
• Prepare and maintain model homes, sales offices, and marketing materials.
• Assist with onsite events and promotional initiatives.
• Handle administrative tasks, including contract preparation and reporting.
• Learn local market, competitor pricing, and available floor plans.
• Coordinate with mortgage teams to provide a smooth customer experience.
• Contribute to team objectives and day-to-day operations.
