Qualifications

• Greet visitors and assist with initial customer interactions to create a welcoming impression.
• Support Community Sales Consultants by assisting tours and answering routine buyer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate prospect, visitor, and sales data in CRM and tracking tools.
• Prepare and maintain model homes, sales offices, and marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Support Community Sales Consultants by standing in as needed, assisting with tours, and addressing routine buyer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate prospect, visitor, and sales-related data in CRM, tracking tools, and other systems.
• Prepare and maintain model homes, sales offices, and marketing materials to ensure a polished and organized environment.
• Support onsite events, community activities, and promotional initiatives.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including contract preparation, paperwork, and reporting.
