Job summary

Impression Homes is seeking an entry-level Sales Assistant to support the sales team in the new home process. You will work in model homes, greet visitors, help with tours, and learn to identify prospects, deliver presentations, and assist in achieving sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, email).
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required for business travel.
• Prior homebuilding or real estate sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in model homes during designated company hours as needed.
• Greet and register prospective buyers visiting the model home or sales office.
• Assist with community tours, floor plans, pricing sheets, and marketing materials.
• Answer basic questions regarding homes, amenities, and the buying process.
• Enter, update, and maintain prospect and traffic data in CRM systems.
• Prepare sales packets, disclosures, and contract documents.
• Track appointments, deposits, and sales activity.
• Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and appointment confirmations.
• Coordinate appointments with lenders, title companies, and internal teams.
• Assist with realtor outreach and event follow-ups.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of model homes and sales office.
• Ensure marketing materials, signage, and supplies are stocked and organized.
• Assist with open houses, broker events, and community marketing events.
