M/I Homes seeks a motivated individual to assist the New Home Sales Consultant in the sales process, helping with customer interactions, presentations, and market research. This feeder role prepares you for New Home Consultant responsibilities and requires weekend availability.

The position emphasizes relationship-building with realtors, data entry, and model/home showings, with licensing required if not already obtained. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent with sales/marketing relevance.
• Real Estate license required or in-state licensing coursework in progress.

Responsibilities

• Represent M/I Homes in a professional manner with a positive attitude.
• Assist the New Home Consultant in developing a sales/marketing plan to meet business goals.
• Demonstrate models and homes to customers and realtors, highlighting features and benefits.
• Register customers and input information into the Pivotal system.
• Help NHC maintain community integrity and support weekly realtor visits.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and presentations for realtor offices.
