Cyient Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to drive model-based manufacturing and inspection initiatives in East Hartford, CT. This role partners with manufacturing sites to prepare equipment for MB-DMI and works with SMEs to evaluate solutions.

The ideal candidate leads cross-functional teams, ensures integration across PLM, MES, and ERP, and pursues automation and AI-driven ROI opportunities across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years relevant experience in design, manufacturing or quality with model-based digital transformation.
• Proven change management and core process leadership skills.
• Experience with PLM tools (e.g., Teamcenter) and CAD, BOMs, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in domains: Definition, Manufacturing, and Inspection.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver future-state solutions to improve cost, quality.
• Partner with SMEs, Chiefs, and Fellows across Manufacturing and Quality to evaluate out-of-the-box vs. customized system solutions using data-driven metrics.
• Ensure new solutions integrate across the end-to-end digital manufacturing ecosystem.
• Drive automation and AI-based ROI opportunities in collaboration with Customer team.
• Connect digital threads across PLM, MES, and ERP systems for full enterprise integration.
