Job summary

REGENT in Rhode Island seeks an Engineering Operations Lead to build and scale configuration management across hardware programs. You will own the CM process, toolchain (Siemens Teamcenter, Jama, Jira/Confluence), and the data flow from PLM to MES/ERP, ensuring a single source of truth.

The role partners with engineering, manufacturing, and certification to enable fast, auditable releases and compliant builds.

Qualifications

• Experience leading configuration management on hardware programs.
• Proven ability to write and implement baselines, release workflows, and change controls.
• Experience linking engineering data to manufacturing and MES/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration management for REGENT's programs and baselines.
• Stand up and run the engineering change process across functions.
• Own the hardware engineering toolchain and establish standards.
• Define data contracts from PLM to manufacturing and reconcile as-built vs as-designed.
• Finish and enforce vendor and license management and audits.
